To ensure for the safety and protection of your child, adult (18yrs or older) supervision is required at all times while on the premises of Oasis Family Farm, and it’s employees are not responsible for the supervision of your child at anytime.

The FunZone is an unsupervised play area. Parental or guardian supervision is required at all times for your child to use the FunZone play area and equipment. Use of the FunZone play area and equipment is at your own risk. Proper closed-toe shoes are required; No sandals, high heels or flip-flops are allowed for playing on any of the play area equipment. By purchasing entry

into the FunZone, the purchaser understands and voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with their child playing and/or using any of the FunZone equipment, including but not limited to personal injury, and all other hazards arising from or related in anyway to the FunZone play area and equipment.

By purchasing entry into the FunZone, the purchaser agrees to release and hold harmless with respect to any and all injury, illness, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise Oasis Family Farm, its owners, operators, its parent

corporations, affiliates, their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, and property landlord from any liability and responsibility whatsoever, and for any claims or cause of action for personal injury, illness, property damage, or wrongful death arising while playing or using any of the FunZone equipment, whether caused by active or passive negligence of the releases or otherwise.

No dogs, pets, or any outside food or beverages are allowed on the premises. Thank you for your cooperation.
