There are absolutely no refunds or returns on mulch, topsoil or firewood. Deliveries are only placed on paved services; we do not drive on grass. We are not responsible for damages done during deliveries including but not limited to driveways, grass, poles, utility lines and bushes. We use machines to load for pick-up orders; we will only load into pick-up trucks, dump trucks and trailers. We are not responsible for any damage done to vehicles, trailer or trucks during the loading process. We use 1 yard certified buckets for loading, they are certified by the NJ Weights and Measures Department.
