Cancellation Policy
Tickets can ONLY be purchased at the ticket booth during operating hours. Ticket booth is open from 6:30pm-9pm, the haunt stays open till the last person in line goes though!!! We do not sell tickets online or over the phone. There are NO refunds on tickets for any reason. Upon purchase of ticket you agreeing to the wavier, terms and conditions listed on the Oasis Island of Terror website. Once you purchase your tickets at the ticket booth, you must hold on to them. If they are lost or stolen you must repurchase your ticket. We offer general admission and VIP tickets, VIP are sold first come first serve, there are a limited number of VIP tickets per night. The VIP tickets are $65 per person. VIP tickets allows a shorter wait time, we can not guarantee there will be no wait or what the wait times will be.
